LANDLORD INFORMATION

If you are interested in becoming a Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher landlord, here is our information package that gives you all of the information you need.  In case you still have questions, you can contact us for prompt answers anytime Monday through Thursday from 9 to 11 and 1 to four.

Property Owners and Managers

 

PLEASE USE THE FORM LOCATED BELOW TO LET US KNOW OF ANY CHANGE IN RENTS.  INCREASES MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE DATE STAMPED ON THE RECERTIFICATION NOTICE YOU RECEIVE IN THE MAIL AT LEAST 60 DAYS PRIOR TO THE ANNUAL  DATE. 

  • Do not add additional household members to  lease without written approval from Grayson Housing
  • You are responsible for enforcing your lease. The lease is between you and the tenant. GCHA is not a party to and has no legal standing in the lease.
  • Do not allow unauthorized occupants in your rental units. Report them to GCHA if you are aware of them.
  • If you have not received your payment, contact GCHA. Do not ask the tenant to call.
  • If your banking/ownership information changes, notify GCHA right away. GCHA is not responsible for expediting missed payments if you have not contacted us with  changes.

Our hours of operation:

We are open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 and 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
